Fully furnished to a high standard with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven etc. 5 minute walk to the V&A Museum and a 1 minute walk to the main shopping area and Wellgate shopping centre. Close to city centre bars/restaurants and amenities. Bus Station is a 2 minute walk from the property and the train station is 10 minutes. Secure door entry. Super king beds with orthopaedic mattresses which can be split in to singles to provide flexibility for different groups. Double sofa bed in living room. Complimentary tea, coffee, coffee machine. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival.

The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above.
