Property information

Peverell Park House comprises of a lower ground floor, disability friendly garden apartment with step free access from the secure rear parking space, and a 3 storey townhouse which can be accessed from the front of the property or the apartment. The apartment has a lovely modern kitchen and living area, a spacious bathroom with grab rails, a jacuzzi bath with doorway and motorised chair for ease of access and a self cleaning wc and seperate basin. The bathroom can be accessed by wheelchair users from either the adjoining double bedroom or the hallway due to the wider, sliding doors that have been installed to facilitate this. This area of the property sleeps up to 4 guests, 2 in the double sofa bed and 2 in the bedroom. A short climb up the staircase brings you to the ground floor of the townhouse which comprises of spacious, modern kitchen diner with views to Home Park, an inviting living room with sofa bed, sofa and chairs and a 55 inch smart TV. Upstairs there's a bathroom with wc, basin, bath and shower, master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with 2 singles and 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds. The attic conversion has an office area and a spacious bedroom with 3 single beds and distant views to Cornwall. There is also a front and rear garden for relaxing outdoors during the warmer months.

Peverell Park House is situated in Peverell, with fantastic amentities on it's doorstep. Its close proximity to beautiful parks, excellent restaurants and pubs, shops, the coast and Dartmoor make it an incredible location for everyone to enjoy. A short two minutes walk down the road is scenic Central Park. Here you will find amazing amenities including, outdoor tennis, bowls, pitch and put, football golf, a larger childrens play area with a cafe and seating area. Furthermore, it is the home of Plymouth Argyle or the Pilgrims as they are known in the city. The park is also home to the Plymouth Life Centre, where you can enjoy indoor climbing, swimming pool with a flume, indoor bowls, fully equipped gym, yoga, pilates, spinning and various other classes, badminton, squash and lots more. Park house is two minutes walk from your local co-op but if you are looking for a larger supermarket then Morrisons is a 5 minute drive away. Located just a five minute walk away is the bespoke Roam brewery where you can find locally brewed beer and ales as well as amazing freshly cooked sourdough pizza. Additionally, Hyde Park is a 5 minute walk from the property, here you will find a cafe, hairdressers, chemist, beauty parlour, a unique plant shop, an eco friendly shop, bakery and chinese takeaway. Just a 10 minute walk away is the lively Mutley Plain where you will find many pubs, bars, restuarants, express supermarkets and health and beauty retailers. Just a short walk from Mutley Plain is Plymouth City Centre, home to the largest centre for shopping in the South West, outside of Bristol. You will also find the Barcode which is a leisure and entertainment centre with a Cineworld, crazy golf and great family restaurants.
