It was really clean, and incredibly well decorated and designed. The beds were super comfy, great shower. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area. The DAB radio is a great touch. Highly recommended.

Property information

The entrance hall still has its original beautiful Victorian mozaic flooring. The open lounge/dining area has a large flat screen smart TV, and an extendable dining table for those visiting as a larger group. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The front bedroom has a king size bed. At request this can be reconfigured into two separate single beds. The aft bedroom has a double bed. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower cabin. The top floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The front bedroom on the first floor and the en-suite bedroom both have a dressing table, which can also be used as a laptop-friendly work space. From the dining area and through the kitchen is access to the spacious rear garden, laid to lawn. NOTE: The staircase from the first floor to the bedroom on the top floor is a bit steeper than you would find in more recently built houses. As such we regard that the top floor bedroom not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Additional rules and requirements: *This kingsize zip link can be configured into a twin room. Minimum number of guest required on the reservation is 4, and request for reconfiguration shall be made at least 2 days prior to the check-in day. * Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 7am. * Smoking is not allowed. * Pets are not accepted. * No parties/events, including hen/stag parties. * Guest must agree with our T&Cs by signing before staying with us. * Guest must provide us ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before staying with us.

Neighbourhood information

Walking distance to the city centre and to the race course, this house is ideally located for those visitng Doncaster either for leisure or for business. There is unlimited free street parking available. Town Fields, the large open park area, is at the end of the road.
