My partner is a theatre and TV actress and over the years has travelled the UK staying in theatre digs and airbnbs which I have visited, so I know how important it is to feel like you are home from home in a peaceful environment with good local amenities. While our lovely house is a short commute out of the city I know actors sometimes crave peace and countryside walks away from the city centre for downtime and our terrace house provides this. I enjoy going to the theatre and cinema.

Less than a 5 min walk from the house, the local bus number 50 is a direct no change route to the city centre and St Margaret's Bus station(less than 5 mins walk to the Curve) If you drive, there is free on street parking and the Curve theatre is approx 20 min drive away whilst the De Montfort University is a 15 min drive away. There are frequent local taxi services and Uber also serves the area. Local amenities like handy supermarkets, cafes, takeaways, tanning and hair salons and barbers all within 5 mins walk from the property.
