We are a family run business, who specialise in serviced accommodation industry, We pride ourselves on customer service and ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.

Property information

This is a 5 bedroom property, with 2 bathrooms and one bedroom ensuite. We have a lounge/dining area inclusive of kitchen and laundry facilities. There is ample parking to the front of the property (2-3) cars/vans. Downview house is opposite Luton and Dunstable hospital. Recently refurbished to a high specification. The bedrooms can be split into 2 single beds in 4 of the rooms and a sofa bed on the ground floor.

Neighbourhood information

We are located a 5 minute walk from the Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. London Luton airport is just a 5 minute drive. Luton Town Football Club is just a 9 minute drive. We have a selection of restaurants within a 2 minute walk or under a 10 minute drive.
