The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, dining seating for 6, DAB radio, 43” Smart TV, and a sitting room with 55” Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin with zip/link, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with hot tub, gazebo, furniture, and charcoal barbecue, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and children's plastic crockery are provided. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Please do not play loud music in the garden and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. The Cornish settlement of Crantock is conveniently located near the beach and the tourist hotspot of Newquay. This is the spot to be if you want to avoid the madding masses but remain conveniently near to all the activity.
