This large mansion has 3 floors with panoramic views of the Duddon estuary hills and mountains.
The house sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles 2 triple rooms.
Games room with billiard table, darts board, Wii, karaoke. The house has fully stocked kitchen, with all the appliances you should need. The large dining room seats 12 plus various seating areas in the house.
Outside there is your own private garden with stone BBQ and seating area with loungers and hot tub.
The house sits on 38 acres of land and 5 minutes walk away from a golden beach and coastal walk.
We have lots of star gazers visiting the property and you can see the northern lights on average 3-5 times per year. We see the spectacular north lights often at Duddon Villa,
