Early check-in's and Late check-out's may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.

We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances / security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier)

Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted.

Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Duke St. Townhouse reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.

Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app / text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The Duke St. Townhouse Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).

到着予定時刻をEPIC Duke Street Townhouseに事前に連絡してください。

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。

£300の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 課金は、チェックイン日の日前に行われます。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
