Located in the heart of Chichester, our beautiful Georgian house is just a few minutes walk from the main high street with an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as a bus and train station. Sleeping 16 to 18, the high ceilings and 8 spacious bedrooms, reception rooms and dining room makes this an ideal house for groups or families. There is a games room and a very well equipped kitchen, great for self catering and even a garden for guests to enjoy. It lends itself to large celebrations - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas, Weddings, Hen do's and reunions and even golfing weekends! We have hosted many occasions and are very happy to assist your group to make your stay memorable. Beds are made up as listed below but can be changed for the convenience of your group with advanced notice. Ground Floor:- There is a large entrance and hallway with a dining room with a large dining table and chairs. A music room and downstairs TV room is off to the left. There is a large, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The middle island in the kitchen can also be used as a breakfast bar. There is a downstairs w.c along with a utility room. The back door leads directly to the garden. First Floor- There is a large, second sitting room with T.V and DVD Player Study with desk and chair, pool table and wifi access. Bedroom 1 - Super king bed with en-suite bathroom (roll top bath). Bedroom 2 - Super king bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 8 - Super king bed. Second Floor:- Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4 - Super king bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 5 - Super king bed Bedroom 6 - Super king bed Bedroom 7 - Super king bed and single There is a patio area with BBQ. IMPORTANT: If you are booking for arrival today please note we do not accept same day bookings after 6pm. No excessive noise, inside the property or in the garden, is permitted between 10 PM & 8 AM.

Neighbourhood information

The house is situated in a very quiet residential quarter of Chichester a few minutes walk from the city centre, it offers easy access to the many shops, bars, restaurants and cafes that Chichester has to offer. The Cathedral city includes the acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre, modern art, and lots of history. Chichester train station offers connections to London Victoria in just 90 minutes, and once you arrive, there are plenty of places to explore on local bus routes. The location of the townhouse offers incredibly convenient access to the South Downs countryside, events at Goodwood and to the stunning South Coast – Pagham Beach is just a 25 minute drive away and the renowned dunes of West Wittering a 35 minute drive. The Goodwood Estate is just 10 min drive, which offers a myriad of events throughout the season including motor-racing (Goodwood Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival & Members Meetings) and horse-racing. If you fancy a round of golf the Chichester Golf Club is a 12 minute drive away and offers indoor and outdoor adventure golf as well as their tower and cathedral courses for the keen golfer! Chichester boasts many beautiful parks, some of which with play equipment for children. Oaklands Park, Priory Park and Bishops Palace Gardens are all a short walk away and offer stunning views of this historic city. The city walls walk which encircle the Chichester and the cathedral are great if you like to soak up the history of the city. Chichester canal is a 10 minute walk away and from here you can either walk, bike or take a boat trip through to Chichester Marina. Pallant Gallery is also a lovely place to visit and is located only a few feet away from the house! Chichester's City Gate is an area near the train station which has restaurants, a cinema, trampolining and also bowling.
