Located in Benmore nearby Dunoon. Eckford House is a superb three bedroom holiday house offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests, featuring an inviting hot tub. Sorry no Pets.
With spacious living areas, renovated to a high standard while keeping the traditional character of the building, with underfloor heating throughout. Eckford House has a wood burning stove with a marble and wooden fireplace.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen featuring a solid oak kitchen with a Belfast sink, electric range cooker, large kitchen table ideal for family get-togethers.
The spacious living area has stunning window views, comfortable leather sofas and a welcoming open fire. The large dining space can comfortably seat eight guests. For entertainment there is a 50" Smart T.V, Bluetooth music system.
Oil underfloor central heating. Initial wood supply for wood burner in living room is included.
Featuring three spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Includes all bed linen and towels.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, and En-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With 3 single beds and En-suite with shower cubicle and toilet (Jack and Jill shared with bedroom 3).
Bedroom 3: With king size bed and En-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. (Jack and Jill shared with bedroom 2).
Downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand basin and toilet.
A relaxing jacuzzi style hot tub with stunning multicolour LED lighting and Bluetooth music system, situated in a log cabin decorated in warm fairy lights; this is located next to the house, perfect for unwinding after a fun-filled and busy day exploring.
With over 4 hectares of ground to explore, the gardens consist of a large rare, charted collection of rhododendrons, azaleas, Douglas firs, magnolia trees and more.
Guests have access to the outdoor woodland garden. Please take care with children, supervision required.

There is a local store one mile from the property for everyday provisions.
Dunoon itself is a coastal town located 7 miles away filled with quirky shops, cafe's bars, and restaurants.
An ideal base to explore the Cowal Peninsula for walks, hiking and visiting the many surrounding attractions. Or you may simply take time out to enjoy the spectacular location The area is one big outdoor playground, take your pick from walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golfing, windsurfing and more.
Explore further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, Argyll's Secret Coast, take the ferry to the Isle of Bute to visit Mount Stuart, or visit historic Inveraray. It's also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland.
Glasgow is just over an hour away via the Western Ferries or two hours by road via Loch Lomond.
