Your cosy bedroom is situated in a spacious home (Eden Villa) in a residential area, located in Edinburgh in the Lothian region with Portobello Beach nearby. Eden Villa property provides accommodation with free private parking. The property is situated 2.9 km from Arthur’s Seat, 6.2 km from Edinburgh Waverley station and 6.3 km from Edinburgh Playhouse. The famous Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, Palace of Holyrood, University of Edinburgh, Camera Obscure and World of Illusions are all approximately 6.5 km away. National Museum of Scotland is 6.3 km from the homestay. Edinburgh Airport has excellent transport links to and from the city centre, Edinburgh Airport bus links, Edinburgh Tram service. Also excellent transport links to and from Edinburgh City Centre to and from our door! Welcome to your perfect retreat in the heart of Duddingston, Edinburgh. Our cosy and charming bedroom offers a comfortable and a peaceful stay, just a short stroll away from the famous Portobello beach and to the beautiful Duddingston Loch and historic village. The bedrooms in your homestay will have a Tea/Coffee station and slippers to let you settle in . With a shared bathroom equipped with a bidet, bedrooms at the homestay also offer free WiFi (300MBPS). Enjoy a warm and inviting room with a comfortable double bed, adorned with soft linens, fluffy pillows, and a cosy King Size duvet for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom has an external and an internal lock. Ample storage space is provided with a chest of drawers, and hanging hooks, ensuring you can unpack and feel at home. A delightful nook with a kettle, mugs, and a selection of teas, coffee, and snacks. Our guests can park their vehicle on the driveway. Guests have access to their own bedroom and shared upstairs bathroom via the hallway. We are always happy to help and are around for most of the time. Looking forward to welcome you !
Good selection of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby as well as a 24 hour ASDA Walmart with 24 hour fuel station. Bus stops are practically on the doorstep with direct buses to/from town regularly and late into the night.
