A wonderful four bedroom main door entrance apartment located in central Edinburgh. Fully renovated to a very high standard! Accommodation comprises; a bright kitchen with integrated appliances including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Separate utility room offers a

Spacious living area along with four double bedrooms with wardrobe space and all rooms are equipped with smart Led flat screen wall-mounted tvs.
