Our semi detached 50 year old brick built home is set in its own garden, front and back. There is plenty of space to relax in the south facing back garden where you can catch the rays on those gorgeous days. We also have a BBQ and Fire Pit and can provide coals / logs at a small extra cost. Our house will provide the perfect home from home setting with a well equipped kitchen, 2 sittting rooms, and an open plan kitchen. The bathroom has a large deep bath for relaxing after your clamber over the hills, retail therapy and/or historic sightseeing. Most importantly of all, 2 loos! The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with individual remote control rise and fall function.

I am a self employed sales agent who luckily loves the variety of travelling and meeting new people. I enjoy walking, playing tennis, creating home and being with my friends and family. I have lived in Edinburgh for over 40 years and have a good local knowledge of the area.

We are located in a quiet residential area with access to beautiful woodland and the Pentland Hills and 2 play parks nearby. There are convenience shops, pubs and restaurants with walkable distance. A regular bus service, takes you to leafy Morningside of just over a mile away, where you will find boho boutique shops, cafes, takeaways and restaurants to satisfy every pallet.
