Situated on the South Bank of the River Tyne, Ellison Hall is a grand 17th-century mansion set in private grounds. The elegant apartments are a 10-minute drive from Newcastle city centre. Hebburn Metro Station is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Each apartment is traditionally decorated, and many offer scenic views of the leafy gardens. All apartments have a living/dining area with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and comfortable seating. The fitted modern kitchens feature an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. There is also a dining area and luxury bathroom some of which benefit from underfloor heating. Welcome to Ellison Hall. Acquired by the Ellison family, merchant adventurers of Newcastle, Ellison Hall (also known as Hebburn Hall) is a 17th-century stately mansion. Robert Ellison, Sheriff and Member of Parliament for Newcastle, and his descendant Henry Ellison added their own personal twists to the manor to make it the grand building that stands today. With time, the building fell out of use as a residence and has since been used as a church, an infirmary and even a masonic temple. Recently, the building has been roused from its slumber and restored to its former glory; incorporating seven large apartments. Combining a modern style with the buildings Grade II listed features; every spacious apartment is designed and furnished to the highest standards with impeccable taste.
