In the Northanmptonshire countryside, Elm Tree Farm Accommodation offers a range of accommodation to suit your needs next to the Grand Union Canal, and opposite the infamous Navigation Inn Pub. The pub offers an extensive menu, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. On-site facilities including, free parking and free WiFi. The accommodation includes 1 and 2-bedroom cottages, as well as studios and apartments. All are self catering and have full kitchen facilities and a dining area. There is a bathroom with shower and, in the 2-bedroom cottages, a bath. All properties have access to an outdoor dining area and garden furniture with views over the courtyard gardens. The property is a 2 minute drive from Cosgrove village, 15 minute drive from Central Milton Keynes, 20 minutes’ drive from Northampton, and just over 10 minutes from Towcester Racecourse.

We are a family run business with 3 generations living on site. We off the Accommodation alongside our working farm where we produce some of the British Beef.

We offer self catering accommodation, located on a working farm. We are situated in a rural setting, adjacent to the Grand Union Canal, opposite the Navigation Inn Pub, Although we are in a rural location we are only a 10 min drive to Central Milton Keynes. There are no bus routes to this area so we strongly recommend a car during your stay. There are however a number of reliable taxi firms, and there is an extensive bus facility in stony stratford only a 5 min drive away

The Navigation Inn Pub, which is located directly opposite, offers food all day and has a beautiful canal side garden. The Grand Union Canal including with numerous walks including Stoke Bruerne Canal Museum only a 15 min drive away Cosgrove Village, is a beautiful village with the Horse Tunnel and the Barley Mow Pub, only a 15 min walk along the tow path. There are a number of National Trust Properties locally, including Claydon House, Stowe Landscape Gardens and Waddesdon Manor There are a number of local market towns including Stony Stratford, Towcester, Buckingham, Olney and further afield Thame, all of which are nice for a wander or have lunch or and eventing meal Willen Lake has a number of water sports activities including an inflatable Aqua Park. Bletchley Park is only a stone's throw away, the principal centre of Allied code-breaking during the Second World War. There are a number of local sporting venues, including Silverstone Circuit, Towcester racecourse and MK Don's Stadium
