Semi-detached house 20 minutes from Birmingham ready for short-term rental. • 2 spacious bedrooms - 1 double room and 1 x2 single. • Open-plan downstairs lay out with all necessary amenities - oven, fridge, microwave. • 1 downstairs bathroom and 1 upstairs bathroom with bath-shower. • Free secure parking on our own carpark with availability to accommodate 2 vehicles. • Separate laundry facility available for use - dryer, washer. • Ninja BBQ facilities available to use on request.
