2 large bedrooms, self-contained apartment in a Victorian Manor House. You will enjoy complete privacy with fantastic views over the town and Solway Firth. The property can accommodate up to 8 people in a variety of combinations. One room has two double beds and the other a double bed with a double sofa bed. There is a private luxury bathroom with shower, bath and dressing area. There is an excellent fully equipped kitchen. With almost 2 acres of grounds for children to play and adults to relax outside, weather permitting. Please note: The apartment is accessed by stairs only! NEW: PLEASE NOTE, WE CAN NOW ACCOMMODATE A 9th GUEST ON A SINGLE FOLD AWAY BED. 2025: WE NOW HAVE A 5 PERSON HOT TUB THAT YOU CAN BOOK FOR YOUR STAY. THERE IS A FEE FOR THE HOT TUB PREPARATION. CALL US FOR DETAILS WHEN BOOKING. Please note: IF YOU BOOK A LAST MINUTE STAY AND NEED TO BE APPROVED, USE THE CALL THE HOST FACILITY FOR A FASTER RESPONSE. We are Derek and Eta. Welcome to our home where we are delighted to offer self catering private accommodation. We have an imposing Manor House where you will enjoy a top floor private apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. You and your family & children and/or companions have access to the gardens and free on site parking. We are semi retired and live in the house. Eta offers Reflexology, Massage and other beauty treatments. We are happy to discuss any aspect of your planned stay whether for pleasure or business. NEW: 2 FREE ROUNDS OF GOLF FOR A MINIMUM 3 DAY STAY BY A MINIMUM OF 4 GOLFERS (OR, 4 PEOPLE WITH 1, 2 or 3 GOLFERS)
Very quiet, peaceful and ideal for all. about 1 mile walk to the town centre, harbour and beach. Tesco Express within a short walk for a reasonably able person. (about half a mile) Ideally, you will have a car to access the wider North Lakes and South West Scotland. Locally there are plenty of nice walks especially the promenade from Maryport to the north coastline. We have a couple of bikes available free for guests to use. There are several golf courses around us. We have a couple of bags of clubs available for free guest use. Also, paddle boards for a small fee.
