Located in a quiet and peaceful part of the town with dedicated parking, this maisonette has been decorated throughout to a high standard. Luxury accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Situated in a quiet area you will enjoy calm and quiet. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Local amenities are available and you will benefit to a quick access to Luton airport, M1, A6 and Town centre. Ideal as a commuter base. The spacious apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing-machine and cooker/ oven, and 1 bathroom with a shower. A private entrance leads guests into the maisonette, It is ideal for contractors ( 1 bedroom- 2 single beds OR double bed) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed who can sleep 2 extra people. Sleeps up to 4 people and it is non-smoking. Towels and bed linen are provided in the property.
