Ian & Vanessa at VIG Ltd have two fabulous properties at Lygon Bank, Gt Malvern to offer you. Both have been renovated with visitors to this fabulous area in mind. Spacious and modern with private parking and use of a shared outside space. Malvern is such a hidden gem and we are pleased to be able to offer you, the visitor, a wonderful base from which to explore the hills, town and surrounding area. For work or pleasure you wont be disappointed. This property is offered on a self catering basis and guests are invited to make themselves at home. I am reachable by text or calling my mobile phone or by messaging via Airbnb. If I am unable to answer immediately, I will endeavour to get back to you asap.

This is a charming and stylish two bedroom apartment, conveniently situated on Lygon Bank, just 10 minutes walk from all the amenities of Great Malvern town, with it’s Theatre, The Abbey, wonderful gift shops, cafes, restaurants and of course The Hills. Just 15 mins walk from Malvern Link Train Station if travelling by rail but offering off road parking onsite and further roadside and free long stay car parking also for those travelling by car. The property benefits from having a pharmacy, fruit and veg store and The Nags Head Pub, frequently named the best town pub of the year, all a few steps away. Take a short cut through the beautiful grounds of Holy Trinity Church, on the main Worcester Road, up the bank and head up onto the Hills to truly appreciate Malvern at its best. Continuing along the Worcester Road into the town brings you to Belle View terrace with the popular, new Faun cafe, restaurant and deli bar celebrating the best of locally grown, seasonal produce, further restaurants, bars and pubs and an array of local shops to explore such as Rhubarb Home, my favourite.
