The Salty Bee is a cosy open plan modern refurbished bungalow situated in a quiet coastal private road. 5-10 mins walk to Eastoke beach where the Hayling steam train runs to the Funfair at Beachlands. You'll find a fish and chip shop, ice creams, outside gym equipment, several pubs and cafes and gift shops. Convenient for the sailing club and popular with paddleboarders, an excellent base for anyone looking to explore the south coast.
Good transport links - buses to Havant and foot passenger ferry to Southsea.
We're just down the road if you need us!
Close to Mengham shops
Fairlight Chalets are down a Private Road with approx 30 other properties
Walking distance to Fishery Creek, Eastoke Beach, local shops, pubs and cafes, and the coastline
Parking can be found along the seafront with pay and display car parks. On street parking around the area too.
There is a regular bus service around the Island and to Havant town centre, approx. every 15 mins.
Ferry boat (foot passengers) takes you across to Southsea, perfect if you want to take a trip to the Isle of Wight or want to explore Gunwharf Quays with it's outlet stores!
