This unique flat is adjacent to a farmhouse built in the 1690s, with a spacious interior that has a homely feel. It is accompanied by an outside patio and its own entrance. Parking is also included if you feel like travelling to the nearby towns which are all within 7 miles; these being Cirencester, Malmesbury and Tetbury.
Please note it is an upstairs flat with steep stairs so access can be difficult for some.
I am a busy person who runs a nursery school and is a farmer during the week until my husband Olly takes over at weekends. I am always feeding some animal or other or trying to discourage the cat to come on the dog walk with me! We opened a farm shop up the road, Murcott Farm Shop, in June 2025 just to add to the chaos, please do visit.
