Fern's Lodge is a cosy wooden chalet with 2 bedrooms , shower room and open plan kitchen / living and dining area . There is decking for outdoor dining or enjoying a glass of wine . The 2 bedrooms are 1 double and 1 with bunk beds . Set on a plot of 32 chalets with a handy little garage and shop just off the site this is a great place for exploring the Jurassic Coast and countryside . Your electricity is on a coin meter which takes one pound and two pound coins ... there will be some complimentary credit on the meter for you but don't forget to bring some change . Well behaved dogs are welcome but I would appreciate being made aware that you are bringing a dog beforehand. Please keep dogs on a lead and pick up after them on the park.

I have been looking after someone else's Airbnb for 7 years and have now decided to have a go myself. I have 2 properties on this park and one on a park in Dawlish Warren . If you are a large group wishing to book check out availability for Shed no9 at the same park...you could book both at the same time. !! I hope you have an enjoyable stay.

The chalets are situated at the top of a hill with a 15 minute walk into Seaton town and the beach though it's uphill on the way back . There is also a beautiful but hilly woodland walk from a path just opposite the front of the garage . If you leave the site from this end and turn left there is a picnic area a short walk away with a fabulous view of the sea and the river Axe estuary . Seaton is well known for the Tramway which runs to Colyton and back and you can visit The Jurassic Experience ..the wetlands and the local Nature Reserves at Colyton and Colyford .You are only 30 minutes away from Exeter if you want to go shopping or visit the historic Quay with it's many restaurants and bars ... or hire a canoe or cycle to explore the river Exe and estuary .
