As a family we only manage one holiday property and we have tried to include everything we look for in a holiday home ourselves.

Fifteen is a well equipped, 3 bedroom central town house in a secluded mews. Just a few minutes on foot from the beautiful Jurassic coast, stunning countryside and the town's amenities. The house is contemporary and comfortable with attention to detail at an affordable price for families or couples. Please note one dog can stay free of charge, an additional dog is permitted to stay for a fixed fee per stay. No other animals are permitted, only dogs. Seaton is quieter than the well known, neighbouring tourist towns of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth which makes it the perfect location to enjoy all that East Devon and West Dorset have to offer. Dog friendly and a great dog walking location all year round.

Seaton is buzzing in the summer but in a low key way. There is a good selection of places to eat ranging from restaurants (Le Pisani, The Shed, The Hideaway, Tide and Flipside) to pub grub (The Malt House, The Wheelwright, Eyre Court, The Harbour Inn) and a great choice of quality cafes to suit all tastes and diets. Tesco is in walking distance as well as a great local health food store and bakers and butchers. The town has a great gym, a library, beauticians, paddle boarding, kayaking, the historic tramway, outstanding nature reserves and bird hides plus the Jurassic Centre children's attraction.
