Filly Brook has three bedrooms: Three bedrooms: 2 x king-size, 1 x twin (twin can be converted to a super king on request). Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC, plus a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, plus separate sitting room with woodburning stove. Heat source central heating. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road secure parking for 3 cars. Enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, pond and barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.6 miles, river 0.5 miles. Enjoy a scenic getaway at Filly Brook. Note: Property is on a working beef and chicken farm. Dogs must be kept downstairs and on a lead outside. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond. Please note: this property accepts a minimum of 2 night stays. Note: From the 25th July 2025, the property will have a hot tub available to use.
