This apartment features * high-speed WiFi, 50-inch smart TV with satellite channels and NETFLIX/YouTube access * family bathroom with a bath/shower. Washer/dryer, a dishwasher and filter coffee maker are also available * 5* hotel quality mattresses, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests * toiletries are also available as well as an iron/ironing board, hairdryer, baby cot and highchair. The apartment is located on a ground floor with private main door access from the street. In this beautiful apartment our guests will find everything they may need to feel at home.

Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station and St Andrew’s Square Bus Station are only 10 minutes’ walk. The iconic Arthur’s Seat is only a 20-minute walk away.
