Fisherman’s Cottage is a charming cottage in the delightful Northumbrian fishing village of Boulmer.
Entering this traditional property through the front door you’ll pass through a porch with sea views, benches and space to store wellies and shoes.
This leads on to the living and dining area with comfy corner sofa, traditional inglenook fireplace with wood burner, a Frame TV and French windows leading onto the terrace and sheltered west facing private garden.
The two double bedrooms are on the Ground floor, both benefit from direct access to the 'Jack & Jill' bathroom and en-suite shower room. The first floor has two charming twin bedrooms accessed by stairs from the Living Room.
The kitchen is well equipped with quartz worktops and all the modern appliances you would expect.
From the kitchen you can access the southern porch which is a great area to store coats shoes, wetsuits etc.
In addition to the private cottage garden, a private beach access offers a direct route to the sea-side.

The ideal location for heavenly coastal walks to traditional pubs serving the local sea food.
There is fantastic walking straight from the door. Turn right to Alnmouth and you have a 3 1/2 mile coastal walk to the charming and picturesque village with cafes, pubs and a delightful art gallery. If you turn left you'll walk past Sugar Sands and Howick Bathing House to the harbour village of Crastor (approx 4 1/2 miles) and a delicious local seafood lunch at 'The Jolly Fisherman'.
If you a cyclist we are right on the coastal cycle route and there is a shed at the cottage suitable for storing you bike.
The Coast is an absolute beach combers paradise with hours of rock pooling fun to be had. All sorts of treasures are to be found and if you are lucky you might even grab yourself a lobster for tea.
It is a body board, kayak, swimming heaven when the tides in with a lovely protected bay just to the right of the cottage.
Beach BBQ's every night if you like. Just sit back with your glass of wine and watch the kids plays on the beach.
