A modern well-furnished house, with Smart TV's in every room. Perfect for groups of contractors or families looking to get away. Dedicated parking outside of the property with quick access to Morrisons, Greggs, Subway, Pharmacy, Papa Johns, Dominos and more! The Urban Village of Lawley is a great place to stay with fantastic local amenities and proximity to Telford's Shops, Industrial Parks and the M54. Telford offers cinemas, restaurants and many indoor and outdoor activities. We are Pet Friendly! Please contact us directly for confirmation of the small charge. A three bedroom house over three floors, having cloakroom/wc and lounge/diner/kitchen to the ground floor. A fully fitted kitchen includes all expected amenities along with a Smart TV in the lounge area and dining table. Family bathroom and king sized bedroom to the first floor with king sized bedroom and single bedroom to the second floor, Smart TVs in every bedroom. There is a gated courtyard area to the front, along with two allocated parking spaces directly outside. Towels and linen are provided and complimentary toiletries.
