Welcome to my home, with picturesque views overlooking Whittington Castle and moat - perfect for business or pleasure. Situated on A495, I am about a mile from the well- known Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, and only 2 miles from the market town of Oswestry. I am close to Park Hall show ground which holds many events throughout the year. I am also in easy reach of the spectacular scenery of North Wales, with Llangollen about 12 miles away. Fitzwarine House is a quirky old building made up from several properties over the centuries, this has given my home great character however as a result there are some narrow doorways, steps and creaky floorboards. Also in residence are my three cats Tilly/Izzy and Milo Free Parking is available in Ye Old Boote Inn Car Park next to my property, please use the allocated spaces clearly marked on the wall Their is also a well stocked shop and excellent chippy within a couple of minutes walk . The market town of Oswestry is only 5 mins by car or local bus. Fancy an evening meal? There are two excellent pubs, The White Lion and Ye Olde Boote Inn both within a 3 minute walk away. I recommend either for a superb meal. Should you decide to venture out there is lots to see. Information leaflets are available for you to browse through. PLEASE NOTE Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm . I can be flexible but please contact me prior to arrival otherwise I cannot guarantee I will be here to greet you.
Fitzwarine house is very very old parts are in the doomsday book. Full of character steep stairs creaky floors. NOW ROOM ONLY
Situated on the A495, I am 2 miles from Oswestry & 1 mile from the Orthopaedic Hospital at Gobowen. Shrewsbury is 15 miles to the south & Wrexham 15 miles to the north.
