Salcombes Glenthorne House is a beautiful holiday home in a coastal location with fantastic views from its own private balcony which looks onto Salcombe and the estuary below. Close to local amenities with the shops, pubs and restaurants a 5 minute walk away, along with the local beaches of North and South Sands or via a small ferry to Small Cove or Mill Bay Beach which means there is no need to use your Car ( 1 Parking Space is Provided). The recently refurbished fully furnished luxury accommodation comprises two double bedrooms, one with the option for two single beds, 2 Shower Rooms and a well stocked Kitchen Living Area with WiFi and SMART TVs throughout. The owners have taken steps to undertake a cleaning Risk assessment, has between occupany cleans in place. An information pack is on hand in the apartment. With this in place all you need to do is unpack and Relax and enjoy Salcombe and the surrounding area.
