This place is ideal for anyone who would like to stay close to Southampton City Centre. That flat is divided into two floors, with a kitchen and a living room downstairs and a bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Parking space available for one car as well as quiet area makes it ideal for a visit in Southampton. Situated 15 minutes walk from City Centre, Solent University, Royal South Hants Hospital and Common Park. Multiple shops, food places and a petrol station within walking distance.
I have been running Airbnb with my parents for about 7 years now at a different location and we always provided a clean and comfortable place to stay. The house is in a great location, close to the city centre and to both Southampton University and Solent University. The area is quiet with plenty of shops near by, food places and 10 minute walk from city centre where you can find everything you need.
