There are plenty of local stores, bars and places to eat within easy walking distance. There is a local bus service and train station to make travelling to Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs or Herne bay all just a short distance away. Hi My names Harvey and I'd like to welcome you to my modern comfortable apartment by the sea. I spent a lot of time renovating this lovely flat and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. The flat is ideally situated for a family holiday by the sea. I particularly enjoy cycling along the coastal way to Reculver as well as getting out on the sea with my jet ski. There is a safe bathing area on the beach for young children. Minnie Bay is known for its crabbing area which the kids will enjoy. Sunsets in the bay are renowned for their beauty and for the classic car enthusiast there are monthly meeting of the 'Classic and chips' club which are always great fun. There's definitely something for everyone in Minnis Bay and Birchington including pubs, restaurants shops and church all within walking distance.

A child’s playground, small parade of shops,cafes and micro pub all opposite the flat means that there's something for everyone and The Minnis Bar and Restaurant just a short stroll away directly on the coast enables guests to enjoy both good food and breathtaking sunsets. Cosmopolitan Margate with The Turner Contemporary gallery, vintage shops and historic Dreamland funfair park are a 15 minute drive away. Quex Park with its many attractions for all ages, as well as Manston Air Museum are very close by. There are restaurants,cafes and take aways In Birchington, Westgate and St Mildreds Bay.
