Forest Grove is a homely, comfortable size ground floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms. It is most suitable for couples and Families. The area is residential so we do not permit bokings of groups of adults, this is to respect our neighbours. The apartment has a door ring bell and access to and from the apartment is through the main front door only of the apartment. No parties/events are permitted and the apartment has quiet time rules between 10pm - 7am. Following a statutory inspection in January 2025 we are now a Certified Tourist Establishment for Self Catering accommodation & are listed as a 'Trusted Self Catering property' on the Discover Northern Ireland Website.
This is our apartment and we enjoy letting this out for guests to enjoy which we manage ourselves. We are supported by a fantastic housekeeping team.
Activities & points of Interest 5 mins walk from the apartment to a bus stop (beside Tesco) that takes you to Belfast Within walking distance there are shopping facilities, open green areas and transport facilities. The apartment is ideal for routes into Belfast city centre (15 minute drive) Lisburn Centre (10 minute drive) & for motorway access. There are various cafes/ restaurants in the surrounding and more within a few miles such as Ormeau road, Lisburn Road, Boucher Road and Belfast City Centre. Area of interests & distance from apartment: Shawsbridge – 1.7 miles Belvoir Park – 1 mile Belvoir Golf Club – 1 mile We are Vertigo – 1 mile Lets Go Hydro Aqua Park – 3 miles Titanic Museum – 5 miles Belfast City Centre -4 miles Shopping: Tesco Extra (has fuel garage) – 5 minute walk Forestside shopping centre – various shops including large Sainsburys supermarket – 4 miles Boucher Road has vast number of shops/Restaurants - 4 miles Restaurants/pubs: The Golden Elephant Thai restaurant, Saintfield road - 1 mile Diwali Indian restaurant, Saintfield road – 1 mile Nandos, Forestside – 1.4 miles Little Wings, Ormeau Road – 2 miles Errigle Inn, Ormeau Road (this is our ‘go to’) good pub grub with an events programme varying from pub quiz’s, traditional Irish music and popular musicians (check out their website ****errigle.com) - 2miles Just eat deliver to this location
