This is a spacious newly refurbished 3 bed mid terraced property with a family bathroom upstairs and additional toilet downstairs. It has off-road parking/communal parking. It is situated just a few minutes’ drive from Telford Town Centre and within a mile of Telford Train Station. This home is perfect for large families or friends looking to explore the area and corporate groups or business travellers. This accommodation is very convenient for access to Hortonwood, Stafford Park, Telford International Centre, Princess Royal Hospital, and Wolverhampton University Telford campus. DOWNSTAIRS: Fully fitted kitchen/dining area; living space and downstairs toilet. UPSTAIRS: 3 Bedrooms and 1 Private Bathroom *Bedroom 1 = 1x king-sized bed, smart Tv & triple wardrobe. *Bedroom 2 = 2 x single beds (these can be ziplinked to make 1 x super king bed), smart TV & single wardrobe *Bedroom 3 = 1 x bunk bed, smart TV & Chester drawers

Donnington is a ward of Telford with a long parade of shops down the high street. An Asda superstore, and the Co-op supermarket are a walking distance. Additionally, a Home Bargains supermarket is also nearby. The Telford International Railfreight Park (TIRF), opened in 2009 has been developed on a 48 acres (0.19 km2) site formerly part of the MoD depot, given rail access by rebuilding 2.5 miles (4.0 km) of the former Shropshire Union Railway west towards Wellington. Donnington is home to a small amateur dramatics company;The Little Theatre; and each year, the Broadoaks playing fields play host to a Guy Fawkes fair and bonfire night.
