This completely renovated (in 2021) first-floor two-level apartment is part of a beautiful restored Victorian building (just three flats in the building) with a bright and refreshing design. A range of shops are on the same street with a mini Londis supermarket with range of food and groceries, 2 mins walk.

This apartment is excellently located within minute’s walk to the visit the centre of Historic Rochester. Rochester Castle boasts one of the best-preserved and finest examples of Norman architecture in England. And if that’s no enough you can also walk to the famous Rochester Cathedral, England's second oldest, founded by Bishop Justus.
This apartment is part of a luxury conversion of an historical Victorian building with just two other flats in the block, perfect for contractors, families and those seeking a home from home and a quiet stay.
Rochester if full of fantastic restaurants and café’s and you will never be board during your stay. There is also no-restricted parking on the side roads.
There is no private parking, though all of the surrounding roads have free, unregulated parking that is usually very easy to find. There is an unloading bay at the property when you can unload luggage when you arrive, after using this space you can move your vehicle to the free parking nearby ( less than 1 min walk).
