Located in one the most prestigious and leafy areas of Eastbourne, yet within easy reach of the town center and seafront, this well established flat is a firm favorite with visitors, and it is easy to see why as it offers a bright and airy accommodation consisting of a large double bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, an open plan kitchen/living space/dining area with sleek lines throughout and a modern/retro finish. Well equipped kitchen with a washer, ceramic hob. electric oven, fridge freezer & microwave. There is a comfortable sofa bed, in the sitting room that sleeps 2. Smart TV's Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi. All bed linen and towels are provided. Plus the flat boasts it's own private garden, stocked with plants with a BBQ and patio table and chairs. A nice place to relax after a hard days hiking or seeing the many sights and shopping opportunities Eastbourne has to offer.
