Hi everyone and welcome to my caravan called Gilbert! Gilbert is a 2 bedroom caravan which sleeps a maximum of 6 with the use of the small double sofa bed in the lounge. Its fully equipped to be your home away from home and is set in the grounds of the beautiful Waterside Holiday Park in Goodrington. Gilbert is situated on Plot 42. See photos for park site map. Gilbert also benefits from super fast broadband so you can stay connected on holiday. The Waterside park hosts its own bar / restaurant, sun terraces, landscaped grounds, mini mart shop, launderette, childrens play park and a beautiful indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. Passes for the park amenities can be purchased a reception. Please be aware the restaurant / bar operates reduced opening hours during Jan and Feb. The Gilbert is set back in a quiet area of the park and boasts decking and sun terrace for outside dining or topping up your tan. Parking is available close to the caravan and throughout the entire park. A short walk out of the park itself will provide the most beautiful views across of Torbay from Torquay to Brixham, all of which provide their own special attractions. This is a no smoking or vaping caravan please. Pets are also not accepted. I really hope you enjoy your stay in 'Gilbert'.

Hi i'm Marita and I really hope you enjoy staying in 'Gilbert'. I am now retired and Paignton born and bred and absolutely adore this area and everything it has to offer. I live close by in Goodrington with my two dogs, Gracie and River and we love the array of dog walks and beaches on our doorstep. I've a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and i'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. I can recommend some excellent restaurants too for nights out!

The caravan is situated at the Waterside Holiday Park (Plot 42) with its spectacular views of the Devon coastline and ocean. You will enjoy picture postcard views of Torbay and fabulous beaches and attractions that the English Riviera offers. Goodrington sands is just a short walk away, an award winning Blue Flag beach ideal for swimming and topping up the tan. Goodrington also boasts the Quaywest Splashdown Park which is hugely popular with all ages. The famous Steam Railway line borders the park and its wonderful to watch and hear the old steam train pass a few times a day. Don't forget to wave to the driver and passengers as they are sure to wave back!
