The property sits on the edge of the well established Buckpool Golf Course just 200 yards from the 10th tee. The property has a vista over the golf course and additionally over the Moray Firth to the Caithness and Sutherland areas with the height of Morven in the distance.
Being within driving distance of the Trump Links Golf Course near Aberdeen and the Castle Stuart Links Golf Course the area is well supplied with golf courses of every standard. The wild life enthusiasts are well catered for with the Dolphin Centre a short distance away at Spey Bay. Many of the highest mountains in Scotland are found in the region and hill climbers and also hill walkers are catered for. The property sits on the popular Speyside Way and leads to Aviemore some 70 miles away. Visiting the fishing villages along the Moray Firth coast is a visit not to be missed.
