This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the heart of Sudbury Town centre is this little Gem of a place. A self contained 1 bedroom residential home with everything you need for 1 night or a few weeks! Wether you are here to stroll along the water meadows With your little hound, and Visit the beautiful Suffolk scenery. Or just have some time alone.. Whatever your plan this place will be a wonderful base to get yourself comfy!

Hello! We are Chris, Becky, William and frank.. from Dunmow in Essex. We will give guests complete privacy unless you need us then we can always help!

Sudbury is a wonderful vibrant little town with lots of cafes, coffee shops restaurants and takeaways! There is an Aldi and a Waitrose 5 mins drive away and a wonderful leisure centre with great swimming for the family! All walkable if you have come on the train! There is a bustling market Thursday and Saturdays With lots of fresh produce to be had! The meadow walks are just fab with a doggie or not! There is a parking space right outside the property it has a bollard, padlock and key to be locked when not in use . there is also lots of free parking around sudbury but you must be sure to move your car after so many hours.
