A lovely little townhouse with private courtyard garden in a quiet leafy street, just outside of the historic Bailgate area. In this area off street parking is a great plus.

I am semi- retired?? But still run two businesses - together with my partner Nigel who does all the maintenance in the properties. After twenty years together, this year 2016 Nigel and I have decided to finally tie the knot, so we get married in Mauritius in April.

Beautiful, historic uphill Lincoln, five minutes walk to the Bailgate area, and a five minute walk to the museum of Lincolnshire Life, close to all the shops on Burton Road, and a lovely little residential area close the cathedral and castle. Walking distance to both Universities and ideal location.
