NEARBY: Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a short walk from the apartment. As well as a convenient location with views of Barmouth’s award-winning sandy beach and the Llyn Peninsula, this lovely holiday home is only a five-minute walk to Barmouth town centre with its shops, harbour, good pubs, and eateries. Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, Barmouth Sea View Apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you’re into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally famous mountain biking centre at Coed y Brenin is just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close, whilst the Wales Coastal Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more challenge Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour and a half. If you’re not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coastline – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales?
