Located just 20 minutes from Fort William and a mere 10 minutes from Nevis Range, our welcoming cabin serves as the perfect base for exploring the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands. Whether you're an avid skier, climber, mountain biker, or simply yearn for tranquillity, you'll find your haven here.
Inside, you’ll find a cosy built-in double bed, raised with easy steps, and under-bed drawer storage for your belongings. While space is snug, there are coat hooks by the front door and minimal bedside storage for your essentials. Relax in the open-plan living space, featuring a comfortable two-seater sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The warm ambiance is enhanced by the log-burning stove, with plenty of logs provided to keep you toasty during chilly evenings. For added convenience, the cabin also offers electric heating.
The well-equipped kitchen area includes a gas stove, oven, toaster, and kettle, with recycling facilities neatly tucked away under the sink. Highland Soap products are provided in the bathroom, where you’ll find a step-in shower cubicle with an electric shower.
Step outside to enjoy the enclosed garden and decking area, complete with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the fresh Highland air. Please note, there are five steps up to the cabin, making it an elevated escape into nature.
While Grianach Cabin does not offer WiFi, there is good 4G coverage, ensuring you can stay connected as needed. The cabin is just 3 miles from the village of Spean Bridge and a 12-mile scenic drive from Fort William, giving you easy access to local amenities, outdoor adventures, and the stunning Highland landscape.

Just 3 miles from the village of Spean Bridge and 12 miles from the bustling town of Fort William. Spean Bridge, known as the “Crossroads of the Highlands,” provides essential amenities such as a grocery store, cafés, and a few local restaurants, including pet-friendly options. The famous Commando Memorial, offering stunning panoramic views of Ben Nevis and the surrounding mountains, is also nearby. Fort William, a 15-minute drive from the cabin, is known as the "Outdoor Capital of the UK" and is the gateway to Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest peak. The town has a wide range of restaurants, shops, and activities for every season, from hiking and mountain biking to skiing in the winter months. The scenic drive along the Great Glen and the Caledonian Canal offers a glimpse into the rich history and natural beauty of the area.
