The property is a relatively modern building having been built in 1999. Guest accommodation occupies the first floor, there is also designated guest dining/lounge on the ground floor having a flat screen TV alongside a selection of books and games at your disposal. Situated in the Popular university town of Coleraine having good transport links to include a train station and regular bus services to destinations throughout Northern Ireland and the South of Ireland. It is also within a short drive from the popular coastal towns of Portrush and Portstewart and the many tourist attractions that the North Coast has to offer.
Grove Bed and Breakfast is set within a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, a 2 minute drive off the main A26 road
