Stylish and clean living space with en suite bathroom, free parking, set in a quiet residential location. The guest house is situated at the back of the hosts property and is accessible through the driveway. Includes large 55" smart TV, dedicated work/dining space. Brand new room finished to high specification.

Quiety leafy residential area. Close to Alexandra park and shopping/leisure facilities (Trafford Centre) 2 miles south of Manchester City Centre.
