These newly refurbished rooms offer a contemporary space within an historic 1895 property. The promenade stretches to Butlins and beyond. it's fantastic for those relaxing walks along a beautiful beach with safe cycling paths.

We live on the outskirts of Bognor Regis old town in a quiet conservation area.
We purchased our home at the start of 2023 and are lovingly restoring the property.
