A testament to its owners, their hard work has created an amazing place for families to enjoy, park your car, walk up the steps & I guarantee you will be aghast by the view & taken a back as you step into this unique one-off apartment.
Newquay town has an abundance of things to entertain your family, even on those rainy summer days, but for when the sun is shining, and Newquay is at its best you have many of the town’s beaches on your doorstep. Situated on the fringes of Newquay town centre you are minutes from boutique bars, trendy dining, golf, supermarkets, beach hire and everything in between. If an idea of a holiday is not having to drive, the positioning of this apartment offers just that!
