Property information

Haymills guesthouse has been in operation for 15 years. With many returning guests coming back year after year. We are located within a 10 minute drive to the Birmingham National exhibition Centre NEC. Birmingham airport and Birmingham International train station are about a 12 minute drive. Other local attractions include the National motorcycle Museum, the forest of Arden golf course, Solihull town centre, The new resorts world at the NEC, and Birmingham town centre is about 10 miles away. Within walking distance from us, is the West Midland golf course and the lakes at Barston. All the guest rooms have been updated recently and include smart TVs, coffee tea facilities, en suite shower rooms, and new comfortable beds. Outside there is a large carpark suitable for very large vehicles. The property is monitored by CCTV for security. A full English breakfast is included in the price. Please let us know of any special needs that we can cater for. We look forward to you staying with us!

Neighbourhood information

Haymills Guesthouse is between Hampton in Arden and Balsall Common and is best accessed by car. There are many excellent restaurants and country pubs within a 5-10 minute drive. The National Exhibition Centre is a major attraction to the area but also travelling in the other direction, you can reach Kenilworh Warwick and Stratford upon Avon.... there are many golf clubs within a 5 mile radius including in walking distance, the West Midlands Golf club set in Barstow Lakes. Hampton Manor is also a 5 minute drive away and is a very popular wedding venue. The National Motor Cycle Museum is within a couple of miles... Our guesthouse is set back off the main A452 road in a semi rural location.
