With iconic landmarks, trendy boutiques and gourmet eateries at your fingertips! Enjoy your very own smart TV with Netflix for a cosy night in if you'd prefer, this apartment has everything you need. Located in the heart of the city, you will be within walking distance of everything Nottingham has to offer. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and to provide extra protection for both our guests and our properties. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will be asked to authorise a security deposit as part of the verfication. The security deposit is a pre-authorisation only and does not charge your card unless there is damage to the property. As part of this, there is a small fee to cover admin/card charges from Truvi.
