Perfectly located in the heart of Plymouth City Centre, Higher Lane House is just a stone throw away from some of Plymouth’s most loved attractions. We are just a 5 minute walk from Drake Circus shopping center and the Theatre Royal. The Barbican is a 5 minute walk and is heart of the city's heritage with some of the oldest buildings and a great number of historical stories. It is a vibrant place of cobbled streets with over 200 listed buildings.
