Hillcroft is a delightful four-bedroom semi-detached house nestled in the charming harbour village of Abersoch, Pwllheli. Perfectly positioned, this fantastic home offers a serene retreat for a family or group of seven, including their four-legged friend, just a short stroll from the beach and local amenities.
With space for two cars on the driveway, Hillcroft welcomes you with a large front lawn complete with seating—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while children and pets play freely in the fresh seaside air.
Step into the inviting kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. Enjoy your feasts together around the dining table, perhaps with a celebratory bottle of fizz to toast your holiday. Convenience is key in this home, with a handy utility/cloakroom just off the kitchen. On sunny days, fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco on the rear decking, soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. As the day winds down, relax in the sitting room, where a large bay window overlooks the garden.
Upstairs on the first floor, there is a shower room where you can freshen up after a day spent at the beach before sinking into one of four beautifully presented bedrooms. With one king, two doubles and one single, each room provides ample storage and a restful ambiance for a good night’s sleep. Please note that one of the double beds is a small double.

Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the village’s excellent golf club, which boasts breathtaking sea views. Further afield, Pwllheli offers another fantastic beach and golf club, as well as the Discover Llŷn adventure sports centre, where you can hire e-bikes, paddleboards, or join a guided tour of the stunning Llŷn Peninsula.
