My family invite your group up to 4 persons to a quiet idyllic village. Welcoming fellow guests visiting popular local destinations including Lytham, St Anne’s & Blackpool; offering family memorable trips, a remote / local working space and a short stay to popular wedding venues. Dorma bungalow with 2 double bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms including stylish wet room downstairs. One bedroom is downstairs and the second upstairs. Separate modern kitchen, large dining room and a separate utility with a washing machine and dryer. Spacious lounge with reclining chairs and separate private office space with fast wifi that is ideal as a remote working space. Peaceful well maintained rear garden with patio space, table and chairs. Please note the side drive is not fully enclosed, however we have a free standing dog gate to block it off (if you don’t have dogs and require the gate for children please request). Multiple steps up to the property at the front and one step at the back entrance. Driveway to fit 1 car and additional on road parking. We have a high chair always in the home and a baby bath available on request for no additional charges. Dogs welcome - please add to the booking so we can provide blankets for the furniture. Full access to family friendly home and private garden. Key safe checkin available to leave you to enjoy your stay at your own leisure.

The village is all within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Peaceful village with local shops, pubs and park. By car local areas including Lytham and Wrea Green 10 minutes away. Blackpool and Preston are 20 minutes, Manchester and Liverpool 1hr and the idyllic Lake District 1-1.5 hrs.
